Section Spotlight: American Sign Language (ASL)

Section Spotlight: American Sign Language (ASL) 1Do you work with a child or a student with speech delays? Do you have friends or family members that are hard of hearing? If this sounds like you or if you’ve been curious about signing, then we think you’ll appreciate the upcoming additions to abcteach’s ASL section (Free | Members)

abcteach is proud to team up with Signing Families, an interactive web site that engages both signers and non-signers with resources to improve and enjoy their skills. You’ll find color photos and video examples to help achieve the ASL goals you’ve set, whether at home, in the class, or in your community.

abcteach is enhancing a number of sections this year to help you reach the broader needs of your students. Our Physical Education, Special Needs, and Languages/ESL categories are a few areas to check out. These sections are developing because of your feedback, so please let us know the topics and materials that will help you the most.
Enjoy!
