Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month 1National Hispanic Heritage Month is a time for Americans of all cultural backgrounds to celebrate! Set by the U.S. Congress to be celebrated from Sept 15 – Oct 15, Hispanic Heritage Month recognizes the numerous historical and cultural contributions of Latin and Spanish Americans to the United States and all countries of the Americas. The national day of independence for many countries also occurs during this month, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and Chile.
