Account Tips for Back to School

Account Tips for Back to School 1
Welcome back! As you are getting into the stride of your new semester, here are some helpful tips to ensure that your abcteach membership stays with you at
every turn.

• Log-In Retrieval – Generally, summer vacation is the time when districts purge their computer systems of old mail and clean up, clear out, and update the computers and server. When returning to school, you may have found that the saved log-in information on your computer has been erased.

To retrieve your user name/password, go to the abcteach homepage and scroll to the “My Account” column in the bottom navigation bar. Click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” link, which will send you an email with your log-in information. You must enter the entire email address that your abcteach account is under. If you’re unsure about your address, you can contact our Member Support Staff at [email protected] and we will send you the information you need.

You can also visit the Contact Us Page and click “Email Support” to send us an email.

• Add abcteach to Your Contact List – This is a good time to remember that you may have to add abcteach to your list of “trusted contacts” all over again so that our replies go to your Inbox and not the junk mail. We answer every email that comes in to [email protected].

• Add abcteach to Your District Server – If your district blocks possible Junk mail at the server level, it’s possible that you may miss correspondence from us. Ask your school tech person how to add [email protected].com to your approved list of email addresses.

The abcteach support team is here to help. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions, are experiencing issues, or have comments to share.

We wish you all the best for another successful school year!
